Duration of the Rental Agreement:
In Spain, tenancies may be for a fixed period or open-ended. The contract specifies start and end dates, ensuring clarity for the tenant's stay. Follow Spanish rules, and for tenants, a fixed term provides stability, while landlords get flexibility with open-ended leases. Renewal options exist within the law, and clear communication during the tenancy period is vital to a smooth landlord-tenant relationship.
Termination of Agreement:
In Spain, Oliasi accommodation requires a minimum of two weeks' notice from tenants. However, Spanish law sets notice periods of one to three months for tenants and up to six months for landlords.
Eviction Policy:
Oliasi Student Accommodation prioritizes clear communication and compliance. Violation of terms may lead to eviction, ensuring fairness and adherence to regulations in the process. Failure to pay rent or sublet results in an immediate eviction notice. In other cases, two warnings are given before the final expulsion letter, as per the OLIASI student housing policy.
