Spain is a country full of culture, world-renowned universities, and educational institutions. It offers freedom and leisurely experiences to students and more. It is so cordial that international students find no difficulty getting accustomed to the place. However, finding comfortable student accommodation in Spain is a tough nut to crack, especially near universities. Once accomplished, however, half of the problem is solved. Universities in Spain have been welcoming international students for many years and provide all the needed support to make their stay and study hassle-free. Housing is a part of this move, but not all universities have student housing in Spain facility. If enrolled in universities that do not have hostel or dormitory facilities, students will have to search for them themselves.
A valid proof of ID (Passport)
Proof of enrollment
Income proof (bank statement from the native country, a scholarship or grant proof if receiving, and a letter from the guarantor.)
Rental application form
Under 18 or students who don’t meet the income requirements need to present a co-signer or guarantor who takes their rent liabilities
Check for the university accommodation facility first, and apply for it as institutions serve it on a first-come-first. If the option is not there, plan for other accommodation. But do not delay.
Don’t fall into the rent trap. Just like good people, bad people are also everywhere. Don’t go for rent seems too good to be true. We recommend using a real estate company to make sure everything is legal
Carefully read the contract before signing it or making any payment.
